Federico Parlagreco is a wine country real estate advisor working privately with a small circle of owners, investors and families. The practice focuses on estates, vineyards, hospitality structures and family-held properties across the valleys of Napa and Sonoma, occasionally beyond Wine Country into Marin and San Francisco. He brings to the work an Italian sensibility, restraint, and the patience to wait for the right buyer or the right property. The work begins with a conversation and eventually it evolves into an advisory relationship.

Most clients arrive by introduction. The first conversation is rarely about a property. It is about the kind of life a buyer wants to make, or the kind of legacy a family wants to preserve, or even what results an investor would like to achieve. From there, decisions follow at their own pace, sometimes over days, weeks, and occasionally over years.
