Federico Parlagreco is a wine country real estate advisor working privately with a small circle of owners, investors and families. The practice focuses on estates, vineyards, hospitality structures and family-held properties across the valleys of Napa and Sonoma, occasionally beyond Wine Country into Marin and San Francisco.He brings an Italian sensibility to the work, and the patience to wait for the right buyer or the right property. Most engagements begin as a conversation and become an advisory relationship over time.
The circle stays small on purpose.
Most clients arrive by introduction, and the first conversation is rarely about a property. It is usually about the kind of life a buyer wants to make, or the legacy a family wants to hold onto, or the return an investor needs to see. Decisions follow at their own pace after that, sometimes in days and sometimes over years.
